Milena Christopher has been with the Office of the Attorney for Students since October 2005. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Furman University and her Masters degree in Psychology/Counseling at the University of West Florida. She earned her law degree (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from Nova Southeastern University Center for the Study of Law. Ms. Christopher began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where she prosecuted felony cases, including sex crimes, child abuse, and murder cases. She became licensed in the State of Texas in 1997 and maintains a private law and mediation practice in Dripping Springs. She also serves on the Boards of the Hays Caldwell Women’s Center and the Texas Association of Mediators.
